Tender description

The purpose of this competition is to identify a single contractor who will be appointed to carry out the Association's Gutter Cleaning and Roof Inspection Works to the various properties in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Lanarkshire noted in the measurement section. It is the Associations intention to enter into a 3 year Measured Term Contract to be carried out over the course of the Contract Period. The Association will consider a further extension of 2 years dependant on the satisfactory performance measured against project Key Performance indicators that will include tenant satisfaction surveys.
