Repair and maintenance services

Tender description

The following operations: Will include: — Emergency repair service (excluding out of hours), — General responsive repairs services, — Minor batched repairs, — Void repair and improvements, — Minor Aids and adaptations. May include: — Major void Refurbishment work up to the value of 50 000 GBP. The works specifically exclude gas servicing and all related gas/heating works as these are being contracted separately. The form of contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract with amendments.
