Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Tender description

The Science Museum Group are looking for innovative supplier/s to deliver Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance Services that meets the requirement of the Group now and for the future of SMG. We wish to work with suppliers that have a flexible approach with a can do will do attitude and a proactive management style. In addition to the maintenance contractors will be invited to provide additional resources for ad-hoc projects and supporting exhibition fit outs. Initially the Services will cover the following sites: North — National Railway Museum, York; National Media Museum, Bradford; South — Science Museum, Exhibition Road, London; Wroughton. Other Areas may be considered during the term of the agreement: North — Manchester Museum of Science and Industry, Railway Museum Shildon; South — Blythe House, London. The contract has been split into lots- those suppliers who only want to be considered for all services should complete lot 4 and, or 8 only.
