Tender description

Refurbishment of 11no. single-storey houses at Ernedale Heights, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Works to include, but not limited to, construction of new roof, installation of external insulation, construction of new porch, construction of new shed, demolish of wall section to rear of properties and installation of new external door, replacement of all windows and doors, installation of new oil fired central heating system, installation of wet room bathroom complete with new sanitary ware, full electrical re-wire and installation of new kitchen.
