Tender description
The HSE are seeking tenders from suitably experienced and accredited service providers to assist the Office of the Chief Information Officer of the Health Service Executive with the consoloditation and upgrade of the LANDesk Service Desk application used to log, track and manage ICT related incidents within the HSE. The succesful service provider will also assist with the design and deployment of a new Service Request process and Self Service facility within the application.The successful service provider will work closely with a dedicated HSE project team.
