Tender description

National Savings and Investments (NS&I) wishes to put in place 2 contracts for the provision of Qualitative Research services e.g. focus groups, depth interviews, workshops, etc. The purpose of the PIN is to: 1. Give advance notice that National Savings and Investments (NS&I) as the Contracting Authority, is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new agreement for the provision of Qualitative Research services. 2. Gauge the market interest in the provision of services to meet these requirements by conducting a market engagement exercise to obtain the views of economic operators who respond to and complete a questionnaire which is available for economic operators to download by registering their organisation on the NS&I eProcurement portal. The responses provided to NS&I in the market engagement questionnaire will be taken into consideration by NS&I in the development of the call for competition documents for the Qualitative Research services requirements.
