The Abbeyfield Society is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to undertake one off cyclical internal/external redecoration works to various sheltered housing properties located in different areas of the South East of England. Internal redecoration works apply to all communal areas including entrance halls, lobbies, communal corridors, corridors, toilets, staff offices, staircases, laundry, sluice rooms, dinning rooms and lounges and includes the preparation and repainting or re wallpapering depending on the existing finish. External redecoration works apply to any external surface that requires redecorating including woodwork, metalwork and render.
