Tender description
The works consists of multi-element improvements, including new kitchen installations and new Phoenix Gas heating systems to individual flats, communal redecoration to include new paint and floor coverings, roof repairs, replacement rainwater goods and grounds work. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information. The contract is due to commence no later than 2 weeks following the award of contract (Estimate December 2015). Estimated contract duration: 12 weeks. Estimated value excluding VAT: 544 000 GBP.
