Tender description

The proposed scheme is for works to various sites as follows: — Replacement of existing E7 heating installations with gas fired heating systems in apartments at The Rowans, Warrenpoint; — Replacement of existing E7 heating installations with gas fired heating systems in apartments at Hill Court, Lurgan; — Replacement of existing E7 heating installations with gas fired heating systems in apartments at Cheshire Mews, Lurgan; — Replacement of existing water tanks and roof space lighting at The Beeches, Dromore County Down. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information. The appointment of a main contractor to undertake. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information. The contract is due to commence no later than 2 weeks following the award of contract ( Estimate December 2015). Estimated contract duration: 12 weeks.
