Tender description
A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Response Repairs, Void Works, Planned Works and Cyclical Servicing Works. Please note that Bidders will be able to view the ISDS documents by following the instructions in the PQQ, which is available to download from http://www.echelonconsultancy.co.uk/eDocs/ East End Homes is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of response repairs, void works, cyclical servicing and planned works. Please note that planned works are to be included in the contract from year 2 onwards. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a period of 10 years subject to achievement of prescribed performance targets by the Service Provider. Bidders will be able to access the ISDS documents by following the instructions within the PQQ, which is available at http://www.echelonconsultancy.co.uk/eDocs/. The total anticipated value of the Contract excluding Value Added Tax is between 28 000 000 GBP and 38 000 000 GBP over the 10-year term. Planned Maintenance works will be delivered from year 2 onwards only subject to satisfactory performance.
