Provision of Salary Sacrifice Staff Lease Vehicles - AWARD

Tender description

The University is seeking to implement a voluntary vehicle lease salary sacrifice to its staff and is seeking tenders for the opportunity to provide and manage this Scheme. The University requires the scheme to operate on the basis that the ultimate vehicle lease agreement is between the employee and the supplier. The University will carry no liability in the lease hire arrangement. The University will deduct the necessary sacrificed salary from the employee's salary on a monthly basis and administer the salary sacrifice transaction only, between the employee and leasing organization This is an ABOVE EU threshold tender All correspondence regarding this tender procedure should be made through the University of Warwick In-Tend system (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick) via the “Correspondence” functionality.
