Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre provides adventurous outdoor activity experiences designed to stimulate, educate and motivate young people and others at affordable prices in a challenging and safe environment. The works are necessary to allow the creation of a specialist changing room and toilet to provide an accessible facility for use by any people that may visit the park that are unable to use the existing welfare provisions. Works are to include (but not limited to) new sub and superstructure to form the new extension, new flat roof structure, adaptations to existing services and drainage, adjusting floor levels and supplying new floor coverings, specialist equipment and sanitary ware installations and decorations, also associated mechanical & electrical work.
