Reactive maintenance and minor works (non-Housing) across the whole of the council's estate, responsive and emergency repair works in all disciplines, property refurbishment, planned and cyclical. Lot 2: Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Fixed Wire Testing: Management and delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance and reactive repairs across the whole of the Council's (non-housing) estate. Lot 3C: Water/legionella Monitoring Legionella consultancy/monitoring and maintenance. Lot 4: Fire and Intruder alarms/CCTV/Extinguishers. To undertake the supply, installation and maintenance of fire, intruder, CCTV and extinguishers across the council's (non-housing) estate. Lot 5: Asbestos Management Service. To undertake management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, re-inspections. Air testing and analysis sample analysis and reporting material assessment and removal, across the whole of the council's estate.
