Tender description
ESPO, in collaboration with YPO, is seeking to establish a national framework agreement with a number of suppliers for the provision of consultancy services. Whilst ESPO/YPO's existing Consultancy Services framework predominantly covers a range of consultancy areas specific to local government needs, it is intended that the new framework will be expanded to include new areas of consultancy which are required across the entire UK public sector. The framework will therefore consist of a range of lots to reflect the different consultancy services required; market engagement over the next few months shall however determine the actual services covered.
