Removals Service SCC 141 Overview The contract is divided into 2 lots and tenderers can submit prices for 1 or both lots. But must submit prices for all the items within a lot they do select. Lot 1 — Residential Removals and Storage including: Tenant Incentive Scheme (TIS); Deaths involving the Treasury; Evictions or abandoned properties; Emergency Moves. The total estimated annual expenditure (excluding VAT) on residential removals is 70 000 GBP. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract.
