Tender description

WIT Diverse Campus Services Limited at Waterford Institute of Technology invites tenders from reputable and competent Kitchen Equipment providers who can provide a range of kitchen equipment to meet the Institute’s requirements for the fit-out of our new Sports Campus Building. A final assessment will take place prior to contract award with the successful tenderer to agree defined quantities of what is to be installed. At this point in time there is an estimated budget of €140,000 to €170,000 which is subject to final sanction by the governing management board. No guarantees can be given at this time as to what the final budget will be. The range of kitchen equipment will include the following • Equipment for production kitchen • Equipment for wash up area • Equipment for servery area All equipment detailed in layout drawings and specifications as per Appendix 3 It is anticipated that the kitchen equipment contract will be placed and completed in 2nd quarter of 2016 and all prices to remain valid for a period of 6 months.
