Market Engagement Event - Resident Engagement in Housing

The Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK) has a procurement opportunity opening for Resident Engagement Services in Housing. RBK would like to invite you to take part in a Market Engagement event organised with the aim of providing information and support to potential bidders to participate in this procurement opportunity. Your attendance will not be viewed as commitment to bid for services and the information we will provide, although useful, will not disadvantage any supplier that is unable to attend. The event will be held on Thur. 1st September 2016, 10am - 1pm at Kingston Quaker Centre, Fairfield East, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2PT (see map attached). A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please confirm your attendance to Izzy.Saunders@kingston.gov.uk by 18th August 2016. If you require any further clarity please send your messages via Pro-Contract. This soft market testing activity does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the Council and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market testing exercise. Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions in the UK and EU Procurement Regulations.
