Tender description
The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF), as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Translation and Interpretation (T&I) services to help protect vulnerable children and families. This Agreement will potentially be for use by the LBHF, as well as the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the Westminster City Council (WCC), Schools and Academies within LBHF. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement would be awarded for four (4) years. It is proposed that the Services within the scope of this Framework Agreement be divided into the following Lots: — Lot 1: Spoken (Telephone, Face to Face and Video Translation); — Lot 2: Written Translation; — Lot 3: Non-Spoken (including British Sign Language); and — Lot 4: Managed Service Provision of Language Services. It is expected that each Lot would have multiple suppliers.
