Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council GCC has procured a Framework for Website Services which includes the following: • Development service to design a new website and intranet; • On going maintenance and support for the website; • A Hosting service for our new website and intranet sites. • GCC will be looking to transfer the CMS and Hosting services for approximately 16 websites as and when their contracts come up for renewal. The following authorities will have access to this Framework: • Cheltenham Borough Council; • Gloucester City Council; • Tewkesbury Borough Council. Lot 1: Content Management System. This will include the following: a) Development of a new website; b) Content Management System using Open Source; c) On going website management. Lot 2: Hosting Service. This will include the following: a) Hosting Provision; b) Scalable system; c) Storage.
