DR5115 Tower Hamlets Local Infrastructure Residents Survey

Tender description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking quotations from market research providers to carry out the Tower Hamlets Local Infrastructure Survey 2016/2017. Through this commission, the Borough of Tower Hamlets is proposing to enable the delivery of a door-to-door survey, to help better understand community priorities relating to infrastructure with an emphasis on those areas where most development is forecast to occur. The survey will also identify local infrastructure gaps in infrastructure delivery, as well as projects which are supported by residents or proposed by residents as adding value. The project will require the following work: • Sample design and methodology • Questionnaire design • Delivery of fieldwork, which will involve approximately 2000 face to face interviews in total (in home/on doorstep). These will be delivered across two areas as highlighted in the cost schedule (2 X 1000) • Data processing and statistical testing. • Production of data tabulations • Production of statistical data in SPSS format. • Analysis of results and reporting • Production of technical report • Presentation of results The accompanying documentation explains the criteria for awarding this contract and provides further details about the nature of the services required.
