Choice Housing Ireland Limited (Choice) has a requirement for the provision of social housing in the West Belfast area. Choice's current intention is to advertise 1 or a number of land, design and build contracts from September 2016. Choice would therefore like to hear from developers/individuals/economic operators that own land in the West Belfast area and that would be interested in the opportunity to work with Choice to deliver social housing. This can include sites where site preparation work is required. Choice would also like to hear from developers/individuals/economic operators that own land but do not necessarily have the experience or capability to deliver a design and build contract. Sites proposed must be able to provide a minimum of 10 housing units. Interested parties should refer to Section II.2.14) for further information on how to contact Choice. This information will be used to assist Choice in structuring its procurement process/es.
