Tender description

The Voluntary ex ante transparency notice is published in advance of a Modification of Project 11081 — Department for Communities — Development and Delivery of Music Business Support Programme. The modification is as follows: The new Department for Communities (formally DCAL) and Invest NI require a 9 month continuation of the current programme with Ross Graham T/A Fast Forward from July 2016 - March 2017 at a total cost of 160 000 GBP. The modification is being carried out under Regulation 72 1(b) for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement, where a change of contractor: (i) Cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations procured under the initial procurement, and (ii) Would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority, provided that any increase in price does not exceed 50 % of the value of the original contract.
