Tender description

The Council requires an experience and diligent contractor to undertake annual inspectures of the temperature control systems. Important Note – The asset list attached is the best information available to the Council. The Contractor should quote for the assets identified and tender will be evaluated against this information. The successful contractor will be required to undertake an audit of all the sites and identify any discrepancies from the Asset list supplied. The Contractor should then provide a quotation for any additional works required. The Council is not bound to accept this quote and may engage another Contractor. The cost of this audit should be included within the bid and the full results must be available to the Council.
