Tender for Media planning and buying in Northern Ireland for the EU Referendum

Tender description

The Electoral Commission would like to procure an agency to provide our media planning and buying in Northern Ireland for the Referendum on the UK's membership of the EU. Working closely with our agencies in Great Britain, within the UK-wide strategy, the agency will be responsible for planning and buying media in Northern Ireland for our public awareness campaign. This will need to follow the same dates as the UK strategy (such as start date, end date and booklet door drop date, to be confirmed once the Referendum date is known). You will need to ensure all areas of the community are reached to ensure they are well informed about the Referendum and are aware that they need to be registered to vote – as well as the deadline for doing so. The Commission's evaluation of the responses will focus on a number of areas, particularly value for money.
