SEMLEP wishes to appoint a sub-contractor to deliver business support services to social enterprises in the South East Midlands in accordance with the Velocity Growth Hub delivery model. The Velocity Growth Hub model is to provide information, diagnosis and brokerage to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) using qualified, independent and impartial business advisers based in the South East Midlands to deliver intensive, 1-to-1 guidance for business owners in implementing their growth plans, supported by business workshops that equip the SMEs with the skills, knowledge and techniques to deal with key, growth topics and helpline and online information resources (to connect them with other business support).
