Tender description
The Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust are inviting expressions of interest from experienced providers for the provision of hard FM maintenance services including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and repairs, emergency maintenance including a help-desk facility. The contract will be let for 3 years with an additional 2 plus 2 years optional extensions.
