Northamptonshire County Council Highway Sponsorship Contract - (Maintenance of highway areas or sites and for securing the related sponsorship advertising by third parties)

Tender description

The council currently operates a highway sponsorship contract which is due to expire at the end of April 2016. The purposes of this procurement exercise include: continuity of highway maintenance and sponsorship arrangements with third party organizations; the Potential Provider has responsibility for maintenance of all sponsorship sites included within the scope of the Contract at no cost to the council; the Potential Provider has responsibility for securing all third party sponsorships and associated marketing and funding arrangements; the council receives the benefit of highway maintenance at no cost to the council; and the council receives a visible income stream in exchange for the sponsorship advertising opportunities provided by the Contract.
