Tender description

The Authority has decided to progress a housing stock transfer and wishes to appoint a specialist Financial and Funding Consultant (FC) to provide independent expert advice and support to the Authority, its tenants and leaseholders during the Authority's stock transfer process. The Authority requires all aspects of stock transfer and stock transfer to comply with good practice and guidance from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Greater London Authority (GLA), Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and HM Treasury (HMT). The FC will support the Authority, its tenants and leaseholders to understand the legal, financial and service delivery implications of the transfer and will be expected to work with the Authority's officers as part of the delivery team to examine and support the delivery of key documents including the Offer Document required to support a ballot in order to complete any transfer process by late 2017 or early 2018. This is likely to require innovative, deliverable solutions.
