Tender description
The Contracting Authority is purchasing a new hydraulic material handler to be used in the unloading and loading of dry bulk materials (mainly coal and grain), scrap and refuse-derived fuel (RDF) to/from ocean going vessels. The material handler is to be used on vessels ranging from 4 000 dwt — 15 000 dwt. The Contracting Authority may, but gives no commitment that it shall, purchase parts, spares packages, support and/or servicing from the successful bidder.
