Tender description

To provide a Housing Support Service to people experiencing mental illness, who meet the social work eligibility criteria, through assisting them to manage and maintain community living independently. The Service is to be accessible across the Scottish Borders area and delivered in line with the National Care Standards prescribed Housing Support tasks — more detail can be found within the specification on specific tasks that will be required. The Service will work in partnership with other services and professionals. Please see the specification for further details.
