Tender description

The University of Portsmouth (UoP) has appointed a team of consultants to work with us to develop a Masterplan for our estate which will provide a framework for coherent, long-term development and promote a vision for the University estate with a strong sense of place and identity. The Masterplan will cover all aspects of the University including academic, administrative and student facilities and will include student housing. It will have our students' experience at its heart and will be flexible to enable us to respond to changing needs and opportunities. The University now wishes to appoint Financial Advisors to work with the Master-planners and University staff to develop the possible financial strategy to support implementation of the Masterplan.
