Farleigh Hungerford North Bank Culvert Project The works comprise of the excavation of an existing covered culvert and headwalls (constructed c10 years ago), approximately 75m long, removal of material and construction of an engineered open drainage ditch and reinstatement of landscaping. The works are located partly within the Castle grounds (in an area covered by an SMC) and the neighbour’s private land. The works have poor and restricted access. An excellent track record of working in restricted sites is important and managing successful relationships with 3rd parties is essential.
