Tender description

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is the lead beneficiary for the Inspire Operation across South West Wales and the Valleys and as such, has establish a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to enable joint beneficiaries to engage with suitably experienced and qualified service providers, with a proven track record of working with young people aged 11-24 and are able to offer a range of outcomes and accreditations that will assist the learners in their future personal and social development, reduce their vulnerability and who can demonstrate progression and improvement in their attendance at school or college, behaviour and attainment. Whilst the DPS has been establish following responses to the initial Contract Notice, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’), the purpose of this secondary notice is to alert additional parties to the continuing opportunity to gain access to the DPS throughout its duration i.e. 1.2.2016-31.3.2019. In order to be considered for inclusion, interested parties should register their interest against the Etenderwales project (Please refer to the additional information section of this notice for further details of the registration process). Ref: 31774 / ITT_52262 and complete the online Suitability/Selection Questionnaire. This will enable the joint beneficiaries to assess suitability of potential service providers and will result in a Pass / Fail evaluation. Successful providers will be admitted to the relevant DPS Lots and will be invited to participate within mini-competitions as instigated by the relevant joint beneficiary organisations. NB: Providers who are assessed as a ‘Fail’ at the suitability/selection stage will not be admitted to the DPS. However, they will receive detailed feedback on their submission and will be encouraged to review content and resubmit their application at any point during the validity of the DPS.
