L'application Felix supporte le SI de facturation pour les clients entreprises, pros et collectivités de la direction commerce EDF. Ce système a produit en 2014 19,6 millions de factures (mono et multi sites) et en a assuré la comptabilisation et le suivi du recouvrement. Felix est un des leviers majeurs de la performance et de la satisfaction des clients de la direction commerce et constitue une des applications critiques du SI EDF Commerce. Les marchés objet de l'affaire porte sur l'intégration et la tierce maintenance applicative, l'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage et l'assistance à maîtrise d'œuvre de l'application Felix.
