Tender description
The Contracting Authority has awarded a single contract to deliver Facilities Management Cleaning Services for its stock of Council buildings and offices to Churchill Contract Services Limited. The length of the contract is initially for 3 years and the Council has the option to extend this for up to a further 1 + 1 for a maximum period of 5 years commencing on 3.7.2016 at the earliest date. The successful Contractor will comply with the London Living Wage.
