School Inventory Recording Service

Tender description

A number of Bury Schools have expressed their interest in being provided with an inventory recording service and are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a full room by room check of schools and provide an up to date computerised record of the inventory items recorded. The audit will record details of each piece of equipment, as outlined within the Requirements Specification of the quotation document. There are 64 Primary Schools, 13 High Schools and 5 Special Schools within the Bury Council borough that will be able to use this service. The contract is for the period 1st September 2016 to 31st August 2018 with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
