Tender description

Manchester City Council is looking to establish a framework to help delivery of its research, intelligence and governance work, in support of its wider objectives. The Framework will provide a mechanism through which expert support and advice can be effectively obtained to meet the myriad needs of Manchester. Framework structure: Research and Intelligence in Manchester cover a broad range of activities which have been structured into four areas for the purpose of the framework. They are as follows: Lot 1 — Primary Research; Lot 2 — Appraisals and Evaluation; Lot 3 — Intelligence and Analysis; Lot 4 — Information Governance. More information is included in the specification document. To gain access to the pre-qualification questionnaire, tenderers will need to register their company details at www.the-chest.org.uk website. Once registered, tenderers will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the invitation to tender documents. Tenderers will need to electronically submit their completed pre-qualification questionnaire and accompanying documentation via the Chest on-line portal by 19:00 hours on the 18.8.2016, as referred to in IV.3.4). Any supplier questions queries will also need to be submitted via The Chest website. The Council welcomes applications from small or medium enterprises. Under the agreement the provider will be required to support the Council's economic and social regeneration objectives. Therefore selection and award criteria, specification requirements and contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
