Tender description
To date the WYCA has undertaken 2 phase of work in delivering a new PMO, including: • Stage 1 – Assessing WYCA currently capabilities and maturity level. • Stage 2 – Designing the new PMO, including the process through which schemes would be assessed and progress, and designing a Target Operating Model for the new PMO and Delivery Directorate. The purpose of this stage, Stage 3, is to carry out the task required to transition to the new PMO. There are 3 work streams during Stage 3, including: • WS1 – People & Organisation • WS2 – Process, Control & Templates • WS3 – Systems & Data Tenderers may bid for one or more work stream.
