Tender description

The provision of Modular buildings for the public sector including the following types of use Education, Healthcare, offices and community buildings. Tenders will be required to offer a full turn key solution providing all Services required to deliver a full project from design through to handover. It is proposed that the framework will be divided into regional lots to encourage tenders from SME's. Separate contract notices will be issued for England, Wales and Scotland. It is proposed each contract notice will be split into regional lots Greater London (Nuts Code UKI) South East England (nuts code H & J) South West England (Nuts Code K) Midlands (nuts code G & F) Northern England (Nuts code D, C, E) Wales (Nuts Code L) may be split into 2 regions Scotland (Nuts Code M) may be split into 4 regions.
