London & Quadrant - Sales & Marketing "Media Agency" Framework

Tender description

L&Q wish to establish the Sales and Marketing - Media Agency Framework Agreement for the provision of services across Shared Ownership and Private Sale, Sales and Marketing collateral to help deliver the required sales targets within the next 4 years. Appointments under the Framework Agreement shall be for the aggregated or singular of the following services: A) Media Buying (i) Online & Offline placements (ii) Local (London and the South East), National and International placements. B) PPC Bidding C) Google Analytics reporting D) Social Media targeted advertising placement - management and reporting E) Affiliate Marketing Management F) Ad Retargeting Collectively known as the "Media Agency Services". These are the main category headings which cover 99% of the category requirements. L&Q reserves the right to add sub categories within the 4 year term of the Framework Agreement. Please note that in order to be considered for the tender stage of this procurement process, Applicants must be able to confirm that they can provide all of the categories of Media Agency Services listed in A to F above in-house without outsourcing to a 3rd party. Please refer to question 5.1 of this PQQ which will be assessed on a pass / fail basis. The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
