LGSS Treasury Consultancy and Investment Advisory Service Framework.

Tender description

The successful Potential Provider will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with theContract Manager identified by the Authorities. The Councils’ current Treasury Advisory contracts and Framework Agreement are due for renewal in November2016. In this instance the Councils are collaborating on a joint procurement for Councils within LGSS family, toreduce tendering costs and to generate efficiencies for all parties. The LGSS Treasury Team is one fully integrated team providing treasury management activities forNorthamptonshire County Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council and Northampton Borough Council. Information will flow freely across members of the team and senior officers within theLGSS organisation in respect of all treasury management activities and the advice we procure from external organisations. This Framework Agreement is initially for 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Potential Providers are asked to note that this is a collaborative procurement involving Northamptonshire County Council and Cambridgeshire County Council and Northampton Borough Council as LGSS Finance currently provides Treasury Services to thoseauthorities.
