Tender description

North Yorkshire County Council wishes to award a Framework Agreement to a single supplier for How's Business Website development services. The objectives of the Framework Agreement are to improve the user experience of How's Business, to easily signpost business owners towards relevant information and to track the effectiveness of the development work undertaken. The How's Business website is built on an Umbraco platform and has a CRM that is built in SugarCRM. The contract will be for a period of 19 months.
