Tender description

To provide Maintenance and Repair Services as required to Colchester Borough Councils Housing Stock. The requirements of the contract will include: (1) Domestic Gas Servicing. (2) Domestic Oil Servicing, (3) Responsive Repairs, (4) 24 hour call-out facility, (5) Boiler Replacements, (6) Heating Installations and Upgrades, (7) Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, (8) Maintenance of Smoke and CO Detectors and (10) Void and Mutual Exchange Testing. Please note that TUPE will apply to the tender exercise. This advert relates to the Gas Maintenance Servicing and Repairs contract that has been issued on behalf of Colchester Borough Council. Initial expressions of interest and the associated Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be submitted electronically via www.delta-esourcing.com/tenders/UK-title/6UV89NH6H3 by no later than 12:00 (noon) on Monday 22.8.2016. As this is a restricted process a maximum of 6 tenders will then be issued by Friday 2.9.2016, with a return date of 12:00 (noon) on Monday 3.10.2016.
