Tender description

NMBI is looking for the provision of a comprehensive facilities management service, on both a planned and reactive basis, to the NMBI's head-quarter premises for a period of up to 4 years duration. The tender will include both scheduled services and call out cover in the event of system failures/urgent requirements. The tender will include but will not be limited to the following 4 main categories of service: (1) Facilities Management Service (2) Property Maintenance (3) Cleaning Services (4) Security Services. The estimated annual value of services under the framework is between 95 000 EUR and 125 000 EUR.
