Tender description

The EHRC requires analysis of key disability issues in Wales to inform various aspects of its work. In particular, the analysis will contribute to the EHRC's monitoring of the CRPD in Wales. During 2016/17, the EHRC's work plan includes an assessment of how well the UK is promoting and protecting the rights contained in the CRPD. This involves two elements: (1) Contributing to the production of evidence-based UKIM reports on the implementation of CRPD across the UK, and (2) funding independent reports by disabled people and their organisations on disability issues in England, Wales and Scotland.
