The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL) is seeking advice and guidance on a potential procurement exercise. The aim of the procurement exercise would be for a consultancy to undertake the implementation of a new operating model. The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL) is seeking advice and guidance on a potential procurement exercise. The Borough has to date, undertaken an investigation to assess the efficiency of its current operating model. The Borough is currently undertaking a detailed exercise aimed at establishing a new operating model. We anticipate that the core components of any new operating model shall include a new organisational design, new processes, a new technology strategy and an emphasis on cultural change. The Borough anticipates appointing a consultant to lead the implementation of the new operating model. In advance of any potential procurement exercise, the Borough seeks the views of the market on a number of key variables and commercial questions that can impact the procurement.
