Penryn Campus Window / Door refurbishments Our Tender Ref: 845FXPLUS RETURN DATE: 12 Noon - GMT - Friday 22nd July 2016 (UK Time) Via the Due North - FXPlus Procurement Portal https://www.fxplustenders.org/procontract/fxplus/supplier.nsf/frm_home?ReadForm Requirements Overview Rationale Falmouth FXPlus are seeking one supplier for the maintenance of current doors, door frames and windows in Tremough Barton cottages based on the Penryn Campus. This would cover cottages 1,2,4,5,6,7 & 8. The buildings are Grade 2 listed and therefore we are seeking a sympathetic approach to the works that must be in keeping with the current Scheme. Cottage 8 will be occupied during the contract period and therefore consideration must be applied. FXPlus expects the winning bidder to deliver high quality workmanship with attention to detail and finishes. This is a critical completition date and suppliers must be able to complete the works by this deadline.
