TS16008 - Supply and Support of an Internally Hosted, Web Based Client Caseload Information System and Youth Work Solution, with Associated Services

Tender description

The Council requires a holistic Solution that provides both a Client Caseload Information System and Youth Work solution as part of a single Solution. The Solution will be internally hosted and web based. The contract value is expected to be between £85,000 and £164,175 for the full contract period including all extensions and options. Benchmarking indicates this requirement can be delivered below the OJEU threshold of £164,176. Therefore, any submissions that do not fall below this figure for the Total Contract Value including optional requirements and possible extensions will be deemed non-compliant. The Solution shall provide information to support Young People to engage in education and training, identify those who are not participating and to plan services that meet Young People’s needs. The Solution must facilitate the provision of statutory information to the Department for Education through the National Client Caseload Information System (NCCIS). The contract period will be 3 years from Go-Live, with the option to extend for 1 further year to take the contract term up to a maximum of 4 years.
