Tender description

The PPF revisits the determination rules and policy statement every three years, known as a Triennium. We are now preparing for the Third Triennium, which is likely to be consulted on with stakeholders in late 2016 or early 2017. The third triennium will start from Levy year 18/19. In preparation for this the insolvency risk model that has been developed with Experian (The PPFSM), will be revisited and scorecards potentially changed, where this is supported by sufficient evidence. The consultant will support The PPF during the development of the Model by Experian for the model or scorecard build. In particular, working with Experian and the PPF, they will provide expertise to and responses to ensure the development is in line with best practice.
