Tender description

The successful bidder will be the Institute’s preferred supplier of cold fusion software development services. As the need arises the Institute may contract the successful bidder to carry out development in cold fusion. The following list is provided as an indication of the type of work that might be requested under this contract: 3.1 Creation of bespoke web-based applications for deployment on the CIT website. 3.2 Development of backend link/bridge modules to facilitate exchange of data/service/content between the different systems within CIT through appropriate API’s 3.3 Provide on-going support and development of the existing cold fusion based web infrastructure. 3.4 Liaise with AWS on the hosting and security issues where necessary 3.5 Work with CIT in the provision of microsites to extend the existing CIT website landscape in a managed and structured format 3.6 Integration with active directory 3.7 Development of integrated social media connectivity to the site 3.8 Design and development of a responsive design across all devices including desktop, tablet and smartphone, compatible with all commonly used browsers and compliant with web and accessibility formats 3.9 Search engine optimization across all CIT websites 4.1 Provision of consultancy with a progressive partner to ensure that CIT websites are future proof and availing of the latest technologies in the area
